Benefits Verification Representative

We at CVS Health are looking for an experienced Benefits Verification Representative to join our team. As a Benefits Verification Representative, you will be responsible for verifying and authorizing prescription benefits in an accurate and timely manner, so that members can receive their medications. You will also coordinate with other departments, health plans, and third-party payers to ensure maximum coverage and payment.

 

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, be able to effectively communicate and collaborate, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities of a Benefits Verification Representative:
