Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in analytical HR role, investment banking, management consulting (e.g., strategy, compensation) or similar analytical role.
- Experience using analytical methods, tools, and mathematical concepts to identify, design, recommend, and implement compensation solutions.
- Experience with HR policies, practices, principles, state and federal employment laws, and related regulations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, executive compensation consulting, or similar fields.
- Experience in managing large data sets.
- Experience with SQL or R.
- Ability to consult/present findings to stakeholders.

- Build robust data models and analyses leading into each compensation planning cycle and manage tools and resources available for the organization's use during compensation planning.
- Build reusable technology to scale and sustain program delivery and reusable analytics to automate insights and findings.
- Manipulate large data sets and convey findings to leadership.
- Participate in the research, development, and administration of assigned compensation programs, and monitor program success. Create, consult, and review compensation policies and processes.
- Work on projects such as deep dives, performance rating analysis and compensation policies. Analyze compensation outcomes, draw conclusions and make recommendations for future consideration.
