Data Entry Operator

You will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems. You will ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner and maintain the highest level of accuracy. Your role will be crucial in supporting HR & various departments and ensuring smooth operations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with precision.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a data entry role or similar.

 

  • Skills:
  • Strong command of computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
