Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Manager

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 support team.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support services are provided to clients.
  4. Monitor and track service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth integration and functioning of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the organization.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and provide guidance to the team on best practices.
  7. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  9. Prepare and present reports on the team's performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  10. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent them.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing support services.
  12. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to make recommendations for the improvement of support services.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 services to clients.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, promoting a high level of customer satisfaction.
  15. Take ownership of critical incidents and work towards their resolution in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Dynamics 365: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Functionalities.

Prior Experience In A Support Management Role: The Individual Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing A Support Team And Handling Customer Escalations In A Timely And Effective Manner.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Support Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Both Internal Teams And External Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.

Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects, Including Defining Project Scope, Creating Timelines, And Allocating Resources To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.

Customer-Centric Approach: In Addition To Technical Expertise, The Candidate Should Possess A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Prioritize Customer Needs And Satisfaction While Managing Support Operations.
