  • Organize training sessions by managing schedules, sending out invites, and tracking attendance.
  • Address job-related inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel as necessary.
  • Collaborate on candidate selection for development programs, providing support for recruitment initiatives.

 

 

  • Validate candidate applications, confirm submitted transcripts, and review pre-screening responses.
  • Schedule second-round interviews and oversee the logistics for recruitment events.
  • Prepare management reports and craft engaging PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings, highlighting milestones and celebrations.
  • Manage the recruitment team's calendar and coordinate the necessary materials for recruitment activities.

 

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a similar recruiting capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is critical; experience with Eightfold is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Proven capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a junior or entry-level recruiting position is preferred, though not mandatory.

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
